For the price of this generator is a great buy. Although I have to be used to Honeywell a dozen times it worked perfectly. I use it for heavy duty lithium-polymer with a 1000W power supply for the field of remote controlled helicopter. Load at 20 amps.
As already mentioned, the HW1000i is not so much as a Honda and can not be more tranquil, but for the price you can not go wrong.

We lost our power many times over the past six months, I lost count. And our Electric has more than HR or summer. We had a couple of times has been for several days. We decided that we should have a backup plan. We also have a camper and wanted to be able to camp in areas without electricity. This small, Honeywell was really cheap and did what we needed to. We could not be more happy with this purchase and the little time we hadwe have for camping and once used as electrical went after we went to bed. Mari went up and do it and we had some lights, refrigerator. Operation and a fan blowing on us. We could have a TV with cable, but was deleted.

Overall this is a good small generator, but the main aim of this review is to know people, this generator can not output a DC. In fact, it has a DC output, but you must do to use it. The DC output is regulated, which failed to remove some licenses so instead chose the DC output Honeywell adapts to all ships or sell a card that the DC output. I think a solution is very telling, and be a better job, to know whatevents. I'm trying to lose several hours and several trips in a DIY store, find an outlet for that thing.

This generator is an excellent solution for small homes or motor home. For camping I think it is too big and you don't need 2000W. I bought it for backup the energy service of my house.
