I wish everyone owned on of these. They work day and night, of course the wind has to be blowing but when it does it is a pleasant site to see. My 10 kilowatt wind turbine system is hooked into the grid making it very convenient, not a lot of maintenance and I can use all the power I want without worrying about draining my batteries. The grid kinda takes the place of them. When the wind is blowing I am making electricity and when it's not I can pull power from the grid. It is simple and convenient with little or no work involved. It basically runs itself.
